Already for 15 years Local Governments Training Centre of Latvia provides training not only to local and regional governments’ politicians and employees but also to teachers, social workers, health care providers and others who are connected with local and regional governments’ work. There are trained people who have just begun to work in particular profession as well as professionals who are already experienced in their sphere and who want to perfect their knowledge.

 

The main principle of Local Governments Training Centre of Latvia is to offer knowledge that serves for solving actual problems of local and regional governments’. Information cannot be too abstract; it must be useful in practice.  

 

Interest in local and regional governments’ actual needs, the long working experience, professional trainers and friendly attitude are not the sole reasons why Local Governments Training Centre of Latvia is highly evaluated among local and regional governments in Latvia.
